INDPRO POLAR S46, S68 & S100 are fully synthetic alkylbenzene hydrocarbon fluids designed for the lubrication of industrial refrigeration compressors. They possess better fluidity and miscibility properties with fluorocarbon refrigerants than mineral oils and can used in extremely low temperature applications even as low as –100 OC. They have been formulated to protect evaporator tubes and optimise heat transfer properties. They are compatible with most commonly used refrigerants particularly fluorocarbons such as R22 and recommended for the lubrication of cylinders and bearings in industrial refrigeration compressors and any other suitable machinery operating at very low temperatures. INDPRO POLAR S100 is also suitable for use in large reciprocating air compressors due to its exceptionally low carbon deposit formation tendency.
